Part of the charity's mission is to provide the support needed to families to make the SDR journey less difficult.  These sections provide the following information and support:

• Information about SDR:  Links to the hospitals providing the surgery and information on how to apply.  Links to support pages and documents providing information.
• Information about aftercare:  Links to known providers used by families for aftercare arrangements. 
• Fundraising resources:  Links to documents and contacts useful to fundraising activities
