Applying for funds for training or therapy
If you are an adult or care for a child who is eligible for SDR, or has already had SDR, you can apply for funding towards therapy or training HERE. Registering with us as a provider of services
Support4SDR Wales is a registered charity and is distributing fundraised money. The Trustees are not in a position to, and make no claims to authorise or approve any therapy or training providers but need to be confident that the providers have insurances, stated qualifications and checks in place. You can apply for registration HERE . By registering with us, your clients will be able to apply for funding for therapy you provide and if accepted we will pay you directly on invoice.
Post funding survey
After your training or therapy we ask that you complete a survey so that we can collect information on outcomes and the progress made. This will help us to meet our success criteria as a charity and thus to apply for more funds on your behalf. Filling in a follow up survey is a condition of future funding. All information on outcomes will be anonymous, although we will keep your personal details on record purely for the purposes of contacting you in relation of past or future funding.
